how do u set aside a judegment that was rendered

in tx giving my ex custody of my daughter who he has nevr raised she has always lived with and i didnt live in the county he filed in?

I assume that the judgment is more than 30 days old.

You'll want to talk to a lawyer to find out if you qualify for an equitable bill of review.

Otherwise, you don't "set aside" the judgment. You ask the court for a modification based on changed circumstances.
