I think an unborn child HAS to stay with the mother. Am I missing something? Do you understand what an unborn child is?

I agree -- unless you are planning for when the child is born. Once your paternity is established, you will have parental rights regarding the child. After it is born. Consider hiring an attorney, so that you are prepared to go forward once the child is born. In order to enjoin contact with a 3rd person, you are going to have to legally establish the danger to the child, in being exposed to that person. Not liking the person will not be enough.
