uncontested divorce
can a file final decree on an uncontested divorce be reverse or canceal before the 60 days time limit?

Do I understand you to say that the final decree of divorce has been signed by the judge?
You can file a motion to set aside the judgment during the first 30 days following the signing by the judge. (Might be a later date than the actual hearing date).
If there was fraud, deception, lack of proper service, etc. the period may be enlarged in certain circumstances.
You should consult an attorney in the county where the divorce was heard.
