Re: underage daughter

That is a simple question with very complicated alternatives. Have you approached the mother with the suggestion that her daughter and baby live with you? Is there a chance of the mom putting an agreement in writing? Does the teenager have a dad involved? Are there any court orders regulating her conduct? Divorce, SAPCR, Probate Court, Juvenile Court? If mom literally kicks her on the street, she could face consequences, as she has a legal obligation to provide for her at 15 years of age. You face some risk of possibly interfering with child custody if there are court orders on the 15 year old or the baby. These are complex issues, which you need to discuss with an attorney at length. If you are an adult male, I strongly urge you NOT to let this minor child into your home!
