Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I understand that there is a 30 day waiting period you have to wait before getting married to someone else in texas after getting a divorce. If you get married before the 30 day period then in this case the marriage would be considered voidable and not void. Does that mean that you can get married before the 30 days and as long as both newly married parties do not request the marriage voided that that means they would be legally married? Or would the court not even grant a new marriage license before receiving some document stating the 30 days is up?
