Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I understandt that child support in Texas must be paid until a child turns 18 or until they graduate from high school if the child is still in school when they turn 18, but how long must payment for child support continue if the child fails to graduate on time due to failing grades?

Chilod support will continue until the child's 18th birthday - unless at the time he turns 18 he is enrolled in a secondary school program described in the decree. Even if he failed now - if enrolled at the time he turns 18, then it will continue until that is completed.
