Understood Partnership Dissolution

Have filed papers with court regarding understood partnership dissolution.Received response from appossing party. Discovery is next step. What is involved in the process of discovery ?.

If you don't have an attorney, you need one.

You can go to any law library and read books about discovery and look at form books to begin to understand how the documents should look.

The Harris Co. law library is located downtown in the Jury Assembly bldg. at the corner of Fannin and Congress.

Only read Texas law. Any other state does not apply and will only serve to confuse you.
