Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How do I "undo" a seperation? My wife and I have gotten back together and now we cant stop child support and insurance from being pulled from my paycheck. The county did the seperation paperwork free and now we have to get a lawyer to do the paperwork for the reversal.

Unfortunately, you do need to go back to court to get the child support order changed (canceled). It will require the filing of a motion for modification.

If the Attorney General was responsible for establishing the order in the first place, you might be able to get them to help you undo it. It doesn't hurt to ask, but don't expect much.
