Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am unemployed going to divorce. My wife has a lawyer because she has all the resources . I filled for divorce and tried to solve the issue in the easy way without a lawyer but she refuse. Now I went to court to get the sheriff serves her the documents. Can you please help?

Am not sure what you mean by help, but you should expect a contested divorce, based upon your representations. A contested divorce rarely ends up well, especially without an attorney. It is time for your to gather all your resources, get a second job if necessary, and find an attorney to represent you.
