He is possesive and doesn't allow my family to watch her,but his family it's okay.He makes about $100 a week I make more.I just can't take living with his mom anymore and when I talk to him about moving out and for him to get a better job he gets mad.Oh he works about 2 hours to 3 a day. What do I have to do to move away?

IF there are no current court orders, then you should contact an Illinois lawyer -- in Texas there is a proceeding called a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship, which can establish paternity, custody and support, and it does not require a period of residence to file it here. See if Illinois also has one, so that you can file immediately upon arrival. Otherwise, a Texas court will probably make you bring the child back.
