Unpaid Dental Bills

In our divorce Decree he is responcible for 1/2 of all dental and medical bills....He will not pay his half of our childrens dental bills, how do I force him to pay?

Also, does that make him also responcible for 1/2 the cost of dental insurance?

You need to send him a certified letter asking for payment. If it is returned, don't open it.

If he does not pay, you need to file contempt.

Be advised that dental is different that medical, you need to read your Final Decree of Divorce to see if he is liable for dental bills.
