Unsigned Child Support Modification Order
My ex-wife and her attorney are refusing to sign a Child Support Modification that they agreed upon, and was ruled on by the Judge, six weeks ago. Is the Modification enforceable without their signatures? Also, my ex-wife sent my employer the old Witholding Order that was a higher dollar amount, but they refused the document because it wasn't from the Court. How can I get my new Modification finalized, and can she collect on the old Order in the interim?

Re: Unsigned Child Support Modification Order
If there was an agreeemnt that the judge approved in court, then you attorney needs to file a motion to enter so that the judge will sign it. The judge needs to enter that order and then you can have the new withholding order signed and sent to your employer.
