Unulment and County of Esisdence

What is the statue of limitation on unulment in the state of tx., and do i have to get a divorce in the same county i reside in?

An annulment for fraud can be gotten at any time. A divorce may be granted in another county from that in which you reside if no one objects. Otherwise, only in that judicial district in which one of the parties resides.
