If a unwed mother is pregant and the father has PTSD, she has never been married to him and is scared of him. What should she do if he keeps texting her asking to talk about their baby? Also if it would be better for her to live in a state outside of texas because of her pregany and she goes now to be with her parents can the father of the child make her come back to texas?

She doesn't have to talk to him at all. Even though she may know that he's the father, he doesn't have any legal rights to the child until a Judge makes a decision (and a finding) that he is the father. Until that happens, he is a stranger to the child.
She can live anywhere she wants to.
The father cannot make her come back to Texas. At some point, however, he may file a paternity suit here in Texas.
