Urine & Hair Drug Test Done on 5year w/out Parental Consent

can cps have a drug test done on a 5year old with out parental consent? a neighbor filed alligations bout drug use me to cps. befor cps contacted me, my neighbor allowed cps to interview my son. then i was contacted about allegations. cps told me my son wuld have to stay with her until investagation was complete, then she and cps had a urine & hair folic done on him, & told him do not tale your mom. with out my knowledge or consent. he is not in custody or warrent issued nothing. is this legal? thank you for your time

It's hard to keep CPS from doing whatever it wants. You NEED an attorney!
