Vacation Rights

In my divorce paper does not says anything about vacation rights since we reside less than 100 miles apart-my ex wanst to take our Son to PA for 8 days and I do not agree, does he has the right to take him without my consent?

Absent language in the order regarding vacations, he has no right to expect visitation other than provided by the order. He could go back to court for an order causing you greater legal expense to oppose his action and maybe obtain an award of attorneys fees for your opposition to the visitation. Although that does not appear likely on the facts you state.
