Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Vehicle

I was given a vehicle by my ex-husbands grandmother as a gift, while we were still married in 2002. We divorced in 2005, I was allowed to keep the vehicle. We I joined the army in 2005, I left the vehicle with my ex for my son to use. He remarried in 2008 and his new wife left him and took my vehicle. She paid for repairs on it, without permission and took it. She saids she is intitled the vehicle. She typed up a bogus receipt saying I sold her the vehicle. No money ever changed hands and no verbal or written agreement was ever in place about the vehicle. I have asked for the location and return on the vehicle and have had no response. I want to know what is my rights concerning this vehicle? Do I press theft charges on her? All I have is her phone number and her work address.

Re: Vehicle

This isn't really a family law question, but if you have the title, call the police.
