Vehicle

There is a vehicle that my ex spouse has that is still in my name. She pays all payments. How can I get this vehicle out of my name?

You can sign over a power of attorney for motor vehicle. I sell the form for $25.

However, if the debt is in your name then only the creditor can remove your name.
