Verbal non sexual harassment
Yes my husbands ex keeps on sending letters and phone calls harassing not only my husband and myself but his mother and father as well. She has been holding his child from him because we smoke. We do have child coustody papers we had to go back to cort last year for her holding the child and she is already doing it again. We feel as if the courts and police will do nothing about it and this has been going on for 5 years. How do we put a stop to the never ending fight and can we sue for verbal harassment? she has also been telling the child that we want the child to die because we hate her and won't stop smoking. Please Help us put a stop to this matter.

Record the verbal harrassments and save the letters. Smokers have an uphill battle, and you may have to agree to no smoking in the house/car, but you should also be able to get an enforcement and contempt order. Get a lawyer.
