violation:park child unattented in the car for more than five minutes

I received a ticket in dallas,tx for leaving my child unattended in the car for 2mins.but the officer wrote the ticket for more than 5mins.but still I had to pay the fine.Now my question since i plead guilty and paid fine will this be in my driving record forever? Is this considered as class c misdemeanor? My record were clear.This is my first offence.I was investigated by CPS and found no evidence for child neglect.so they closed the case and removed my name from the record.so should i assume that my name will not be in the criminal record? please help.Your answer will be truely appreciated.

First and foremost, I hope that you will never leave your child unattended again. If you received a ticket then it should be a class c.
