violence relationship

My husband is violence. He push me around and chocked me. He started yelling at my daughter and I step in and he turn on to me. He wont leave me and I am tired of taking this, what can I do?

Two things.

First go to the District Attorney's office and make an application for a protective order.

Then hire a lawyer to file for a divorce, ask for a restraining order and a temporary orders hearing.
