Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Visitation

My divorce will be final soon but my daughters father is now demanding I let him see her. It was put in the divorce degree and he said that since he has to pay on her now he wants to take her. He told me that he will pick her up and then drop her off with someone else. I would like to stop visitaion even though I agreed to it. He will give up his parental rights but I was told there has to be someone else to step in. Is that true? He has never been there and barely claims her but will come and get her just out of spite. I haven't received any help from him just the state for medical. Can you please tell me what I need to do? Also, she is only 3. Thanks you so much.

Re: Visitation

If you have proof that he is dropping her off that might be a basis for changing the visitation. However, he doesn't have to comply with your standards for visitation. Why haven't you gone after him for the past due child support?
