Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

visitation

I am divorcing my husband. We have a one year old daughter. I have to force her kicking and screaming to go see him. He refuses t pay child support until the judge rules him to. Do I have to make her go see him, and if he doesn't see her until the judge rules then can I get daytime supervised visits for him? The last time he had her all day he gave her double the medicine she should have had and only gave her half a muffin all day.

Re: visitation

You could ask for parenting classes (which you would likely have to attend also). Certainly, you could ask for supervised visits or limited visitation, e.g. perhaps 10-6, Sat. and Sun.
