Visitation enforcement

Daughter 16, lives with mom in Texas. I live in Colorado. Is child required to visit or can she legally refuse? Is mom responsibile to see visit takes place?

Mom is legally obligated to make your daughter available for visits. Since your daughter is 16, it is unlikely Mom can force the visit any more than you can. Mom is not legally obligated to force your daughter to do anything, only make her available for visits. The court's only options to force anyone to do something are fines and jail. I'm not aware of a court using such power to compel a child to visit a parent.
