visitation

my ex-husband won't let me speak to my children. There is no Court Order in place, what are my rights?

If you are divorced, there should be court orders. So I can only assume that you are separated.

If so, you need to file for a divorce and ask for temp. orders.

You need to get him to court to obtain an order to prevent this from happening.
