Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If visitation is Friday at 6:00pm and they do not wnat to pick up until 6:00pm on Saturday do they forfit there weekend or do they have the right to pick up when ever they want?

"Friday at 6:00 pm" is when the order orders you to surrender the child - not any other time. You don't have to be flexible. You don't have to agree to anything else.

If he shows up at any other time, just say "no."
