Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

visitation

my husband has custody of his 2 children as of September 24, his ex-wife has a standard visitation order. What will happen if my husband does not allow her to have her visits with the children, can he be arrested or is it a civil matter?

He could be held in contempt of court, fined, jailed and ordered to pay a bond to assure visitation. Better find another way. Good Luck.
