Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Visitation

My husband has a divorce settlement and visitation decree set by the judge from El Paso Texas. The settlemenent shows that my husband has custody of the kids from June 1 through July 12th. We purchased the tickets for 1500.00 dollars and planning to have them on the plane. She is stating now that she is getting married on June1 and then moving to Illinois and that the kids, 16, 13, and 11 don't want to come to Montana because they are moving...etc. Problems arise constantly like this and this is not the first time phone calls and visitation has been a problem. If she doesn't have them on the plane June 1. What can happen to her or what can we do?

Re: Visitation

I would let her know I expected compliance with the Court Decree, then I would EXACTLY follow all the procedures in the decree. If she did not comply, I would strongly consider moving the Court to enforce the decree and for such damages as you sustain.
