Visitation issues

My daughter's ex keeps exposing his son to his new girlfriend and her three children. Problem is he still has a wife and step sons. Seth hates his father's girlfriend but misses his step mom. My daughter has informed the ex she does not want their son to continue to be invovled with this woman. He's informed her that by law she can do nothing about it. They live in Texas and have joint custody.

Re: Visitation issues

Unless the woman creates some risk for the child or the court has ordered that the child not be near this woman, then there is not much you can do in terms of court enforcement.
