Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Visitation is 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. for a 6 month old baby. The father has not come or call by 9:30 or 10:00 and is always late for Sunday visit. How long do we have to wait for him to come? It is getting harder to keep the baby awake.

I would be glad to visit with you concerning the steps you should take to address this visitation problem. My website, containing my contact information, is www.brucezivley.com
It sounds like you need an attorney if you don't have one. If you had an attorney representing you, then call that attorney. If not, then you can certainly call Bruce Zivley because he answers a lot of questions & I always agree with his answers. You can also look on www.avvo. com for an attorney. Bruce answers a lot of questions on that website too.
If the baby is asleep, let him/her sleep. It's a baby! And babies need their sleep.
He gets to visit. It's no guantee that the baby will be awake.
Normally you need to wait a maximum of 30 minutes. I've seen other attorneys say 15 minutes so I guess I'm generous in my time allotment.
I only mediate these days so please don't call me.
