If the NCP does not follow visitation schudule what is my recourse?

If the NCP shows up at the wrong times, you do not have to allow him or her access to the child if you do not want to. If he or she is just not exercising visitation there isn't a whole lot you can do. No Judge or attorney can wave a magic wand and turn the NCP into a reasonable, reliable person. If the NCP never exercises visitation you might have grounds to ask for additional child support based on your additional expenses, assuming the NCP is paying his or her child support.
