Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
visitation
If a parent has visitation from 12/26/2007 to 01/06/208 and picks up the child on 12/28/2007 and returns the child on 01/01/2008 does the parent forfeit the remaining time? Or does it revert back to the regular visitation time(the parent can come get the child on the weekend)?

Re: visitation
The decree normally provides that the visitation schedule is in effect, ABSENT mutual agreement. If you disagree with the changes effected, then there is no alternate mutual agreement. The parent has apparently chosen to lose that additional time with the child, until after the holidays when the regular w/e visitation kicks back in.
