Can a child be a certain age to decline visitation rights with a parent?

Read the divorce decree. If there is some provision in there that gives the child the choice concerning visitation, that language will determine the answer to your question. If there is some good reason - very, good reason - why the child does not want to go for visitation, the judge will make that decision after considering the facts presented to the Court.
