Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Visitation rights in child support issue

I am a young man who is paying child support for my 6 year old child. My child's mother and I do not have an arranged agreement when it comes to keeping my child. Recently, she decided to change her phone number, move, and I have not heard from her or my child in almost 90 days. What legal action, if any, do I have and will it require the hiring of a lawyer and police involvement? Please advise.

You would need to go to court and seek an order granting you visitation.
