visitation rights

does the father of a child that has raised that child for 5 years and is on the childs birthcertificate but is not , the biological father have any rights to visitation?

You have the status of a presumed father. That could be contested by the mother and a request for a DNA test. Along with visitation comes child support. Are you ready to pay for the privilege you seek?
