In the state of Texas what is the age of a child in which they can determine if they wish to go with the non-custodial parent for visitation?

Re: visitation rights

I'm unclear what you are asking.

Here is one answer. The child can decide on visitation after they turn 18 and are no longer minor children.

Until they turn 18, the court order controls.

I hope this answer helps.
