Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Visitation Rights

My wife left the state with our 2 sons in December 2003. We are still married, but she will not allow me to bring my sons to Texas for a few weeks in the summer. I have seen them only once since December and that was because I drove 14 hours each way to see them. What, if any, recourse do I have to ensure I get to see my children?

File for divorce immediately and ask for temporary orders.

After 6 months, I believe it's in April or May, you won't be able to file in Texas. You will have to go to the state she moved to with the kids.
