Visitation rights

my 5yr old daughter told me detailed info about her 6 yr old male cousin taking her panties off and rubbing his private parts on her private parts. I noticed her private parts were red, but thought she wasn't wiping herself correctly. this happened at her fathers house. THE COUSIN LIVES IN THE SAME HOUSE AS HER FATHER. I've told him everything our daughter told me. He is telling me that he will send the cousin to his mothers house when he has our children for the weekend and that I cannot deny him his rights to have the kids on his weekends. My problem? I asked where daddy was when this happened - he was on the couch watching tv. I don't know that I can trust him to watch the kids properly if this type of behavior happened when he was home. What do I do? If I let her go, how do I know the cousin won't be there? I can't stand the thought of this ever happening again. the little boy obviously has issues that need to be addressed, but my child shouldn't be subjected to his disgusting behavior. I go to school full time and can't afford an attorney. how can i protect my children from this? HELP!

Report this to the district attorney. Your ex is endangering the child. Otherwise, if this issue is important to you, you will have to hire an attorney - or see what happens as the 6 year old continues to sexually abuse your daughter. If you don't do something, nothing is going to happen to change the situation.
