Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

visitation

My ex is supposed to pick up our children at 6 pm, but how long am I supposed to wait around if he is not there by 6pm with out getting into trouble myself?

This is one of those questions where there isn't a hard and fast answer. You need to wait a reasonable amount of time, and reasonable can vary from time to time and even place to place.
