Visitation

In TX, how is visitation determined when 1 day falls in 1 month & the next falls in the next? IE: aug 31st is on Friday & sat is on 9/1--is the 5th or 1st weekend?

It is the 5th.

The count is based on Fridays. 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday.
