Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

visitation

my x husband moved 1000 miles away from our daughter. he is supposed to pick her up from me and drop her off to me. since he ''can't'', he wants to appoint his dad to take our daughter to him. our daughter does not know this grandfather. do i have legal rights to object to this?
