Visitation

If my 9 year old daughter does not want to go on her scheduled visitation with her father, does she have to? Am I required to swap the weekend with him for one of mine if she has an activity she wants to go on?

I suppose she doesn't have to if you are willing to go to jail because she doesn't go. You can go to jail for violating of his possession and access rights just like he can go to jail for not paying his child support obligation. You only have to swap weekends if you want her to be able to go to things that are on his normal weekends that her father doesn't want to or can't take her to.
