Visitation..how is the first weekend of the month considered? If the first day of the month is on a saturday does that make it the first weekend of the month?

Read the legal document!

Most say "first Friday of the month beginning at 6:00 p.m.".

So read your legal document and see the specific day and time specified! They never give "the first week-end" that would be unenforceable. The document would specify a specific time & date!
