Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Visits as established by the Attorney General Office

I have established visitation but the mother of child won't comply & states a lady from Child Protective Services said not to release child. I even sent my mother to get my child and the child's mother wouldn't let her have her. I have not received any paperwork from Child Protective Service's, how/what do I do?

File a Petition for Enforcement, and ask the judge to enforce visitation with contempt. Be prepared to establish your efforts to pick up the kids, and her refusal to make them available. It is best to use an attorney.

You need to file an enforcement action in the court that has jurisdiction. It would be best to obtain an attorney to assist you with this process. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
