Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Voluntary termination of parental rights

I don't know if the child is mine, but the mother wants me to sign over my rights because she claims I am the father, will I be financially accountable for child support?

You can't sign over your rights. Only a court can determine legal issues concerning children. To be done legally, this must go through a court and be signed by a judge. Anything that she wants you to sign would not hold up in a court of law nor stop the AG's office from going after you for child support in 10-15 years when you would owe $100K-$200K. Good Luck.
