Write a letter to your court-appointed lawyer (a paper letter - no emails or phone calls - and keep a copy of the letter for your records) telling her exactly what you want. Ask her for advice. Ask her to contact YOU (put your phone number and email address in the letter, even if she already has it) and set up a meeting in your office.
