Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

waiting on orders

I have not received orders from a court case from 2/12/09. I was served for a rehearing on 3/12 but it did not happen. I am still waiting on the orders. How long does the other attorney have to get them to me?

Re: waiting on orders

Who knows??? If there was supposed to have been another hearing on 3/12 I don't understand why there would be orders from the 2/12 hearing. Sounds like things have not been settled yet, so no orders.

There is no fixed time for sending orders to the other side. Do yourself a favor and hire an attorney.
