waiting time to marry again

Can I marry again 30 days after my Texas divorce or do I have to wait 30 days to get my license and wait three more days to get married? I am confused.

30 days, just to verify that your divorce was not appealed.

It might be a good idea to slow down, if three days makes that big a difference.
