Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I waived my right to be at the final divorce signing BUT my soon to be former spouse hand wrote some extra stipulations into the divorce at the last minute...do I have rights to amend it?

Did you sign the decrree (down at the bottom) before the final hearing? It makes a big difference.

If you DID sign the decree before the final hearing, do you have a copy of it?

People shouldn't change documents after you've signed them (and then present the new version to a judge); that's actually fraudulent.
