An imminent deployment is a common reason why those waivers are granted so you would probably receive a waiver from the court if requested for that reason. You might be able to find a waiver and order granting the waiver in a family law practice manual or form manual at your local law library. Otherwise you will need to have an attorney draft the documents for you. To draft a motion and order for that waiver should not cost much.
